Fox Valley Lager Fest VIII

Fox Valley Lager Fest VIII — A Celebration of the Craft of Lager

Now in its eighth year. Lager is one of McFleshman's flagship styles, and Lager Fest is our love letter to it. It was the first festival we ever created to celebrate a single style, and it's been a Fox Valley favorite ever since.

More than 30 breweries pouring their best lagers, the most we've ever hosted!

New this year: Home Brew Alley, featuring ALE Club (Appleton Libation Enthusiasts), Sheboygan Sudzzers Homebrew Club, and Society of Oshkosh Brewers

Live music by A-Town

Caribbean Taste food truck, plus brats, burgers, and soft pretzels from Scouting America

A pin parade every hour

Stein Hold Competition: the last person holding a full liter stein wins a year of free beer (one six-pack a month from our taproom)

Best Dirndl & Lederhosen contest: dress the part for a chance to win

A commemorative glass stein included with every ticket

Lager Fest Fusion: Only for VIPs

This year, Bobby drove 414 miles across Wisconsin to collect Oktoberfests from eight breweries pouring at the fest, then blended them with our own into one beer. That's nine breweries in one bottle: Stillmank Brewing, Badger State Brewing Company, Fifth Ward Brewing Company, Working Draft Beer Company, Good Works Brewing Company, G5 Brewing, The Explorium, Foxtown Brewing, and McFleshman's Brewing Co. It came out copper-colored, a little nutty, a little caramel, with a great hop bite.

Only 100 bottles are available to the public, and the only way to get one is with a VIP ticket.

Tickets: VIP ($85): early entry at 2 PM, a commemorative stein, and one bottle of Lager Fest Fusion. Only 100 available.

General Admission ($70): entry at 3 PM and a commemorative stein.

Add a Stein Hold entry at checkout ($5, or $15 to keep the stein) for a chance to win a year of free beer.

Designated drivers don't need a ticket. We have plenty of non-alcoholic options in the taproom.
