Stillmank's Handcrafted Beers
Easy Drinking, crisp, clean lager brewed with a touch of oats for smooth body and Krush hops for bright punchy aromas. Brewed for tailgates, taprooms, and turning Tuesdays into something better.
This freshy fresh, unfiltered non-bittered session IPA is brewed with “Ekuanot” Cryo Hops® as late kettle (aroma) additions, and 440 pounds of fresh guava fruit puree. As the beer cools from its gentle fermentation, we dry hop it with an additional dose of Zythos® hops (known for their pineapple aromas).
Award winning ESB. We brew this beer with a small amount of milk sugar. This gives Wisco Disco its smooth body, and makes it a perfect match to pair with your favorite cheeses. Wisco Disco is brewed with five different malts, and four giant hop additions for huge flavor, then cold conditioned for excellent clarity and refreshment!
A Milk Chocolate Coffee Porter, brewed with a proprietary blend of locally roasted coffee beans
This English blonde ale is brewed with Wisconsin Malted barley, English hops and a splash of apple cider juice. It's one of our most approachable, easiest drinkin' year-round brews!
A WisCoast IPA? Yep, not a West or East coast IPA, this one hits it right down the middle. Same mystical recipe as the experimental version with a bit more umph. Golden colored IPA that has the aroma of an East Coast IPA without the thick turbidity. The color and body of a West Coast IPA without the insane bitter bite. A modern, well attenuated hazy IPA built on Azacca and Citra. Low Viz delivers saturated tropical flavor, soft texture. Hops layered through with late whirlpool additions and double dry hopping maximizing aromatics and flavor saturation!
Light American style blended ale. Montmorency tart cherry and fresh press apple cider, make for a wildly refreshing and sweet brew.
Stillmank’s Scottish Ale is a rich, malt-forward brew using all Wisconsin malts. Boasting biscuit malt and toffee flavors, this beer is a great partner to mature cheese and roasted meats.
“Bro” undergoes an intense double fermentation with our robust Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast strain and the wild, untamed Sourvisiae strain. Then, it is drenched in peach juice and blasted with tiny nitrogen bubbles delivering a fiercely smooth pour with a powerful tart kick at the finish.
Glass Apple and Stillmank Hard Ciders
Our pear cider combines the natural tartness of fermented apple juice with the sweet, fruity, and often subtly floral notes of pears. The result is a well-balanced mildly sweet to semi dry hard cider. “Grow a Pear” is characterized by the enticing and fragrant scent of fresh pears. It also carries undertones of apple aromas, contributing to a complex and inviting olfactory experience. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, crisp and refreshing with a slightly effervescent quality, contributing to a lively and enjoyable texture. – Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly

Farmhouse style, unsweetened cider pressed from apples grown in the bountiful orchards of Door County Wisconsin. A blend of Macintosh, Cortland, and Honeycrisp. Drinks very light, crisp and effervescent.

Stillmank Artisan Mead
Local Honey from our friends at Big Honey LLC carefully fermented dry to 0 residual sugars. We let this mature for just over 35 months then back sweeten with Blackberry Puree. The mead then rests an additional 10 months in bourbon barrels from our friends at Paradise North. We finish it with a touch of CO2 for a little dance, and then flood it with nitrogen to finish it from our tap!!
Crisp, smooth, and strong, our original mead is aged nearly 2 years before bottling. It is ready to drink now, or keep in your cellar for just the right occasion! We source our honey from Door, and Kewaunee counties allowing the bees to pull pollen from the entire local floral. In spring it’s the apple and cherry blossoms, in fall golden rod and in between clover and wildflower…. (naturally gluten free)
Our original Honeymoon Mead aged on American oak with medium toast. The oak is roasted between 350 - 375 °F to give it this "medium toast" and provides notes of vanilla and caramel. American oak is known for having a more aggressive flavor profile to French oak

In collaboration with our good friends at Paradise North Distillery. We have aged our classic Honeymoon Mead in barrels used for their annual Essen House Cherry Bounce! A touch of Dark Sweet cherry juice is added to back-sweeten and make this a truly special treat!
We’ve partnered once again with Green Bay’s Paradise North Distillery for another great honey beverage to sip on! Our Honeymoon mead matured on oak barrels with the award winning “Ten Mile Bourbon Whiskey” from our friends at Paradise North Distillery right here in Green Bay!
