Troy Heinz is a Green Bay, Wisconsin–based musician whose career has been shaped by years of deep roots in the local music scene and a genuine love for American roots music. A veteran performer, Troy has played in several bands and shared stages with some of the finest musicians in Wisconsin, earning a reputation as a reliable and soulful presence. His shows blend original songs with timeless Americana classics, drawing from honky-tonk country, bluegrass, and free-flowing jam traditions. Anchored by acoustic guitar and a deep, soulful country voice, Troy’s music is driven by vivid storytelling and an authentic, road-worn sound that connects past and present in true Americana fashion.

Sunday Sips & Strings will be happening at Stillmank every Sunday from February 15th-May 31st with live music pumping through the brewhouse 3-6 pm and food trucks typically serving 1-5 pm (unless otherwise noted).
