Crisp, smooth, and strong, our original mead is aged nearly 2 years before bottling. It is ready to drink now, or keep in your cellar for just the right occasion! We source our honey from Door, and Kewaunee counties allowing the bees to pull pollen from the entire local flora. In spring it’s the apple and cherry blossoms, in fall golden rod and in between clover and wildflower…(naturally gluten free)
