A WisCoast IPA? Yep, not a West or East coast IPA, this one hits it right down the middle. Same mystical recipe as the experimental from last year with a bit more umph. Golden colored IPA that has the aroma of an East Coast IPA without the thick turbidity. The color and body of a West Coast IPA without the insane bitter bite. This one is brewed in Wisco for all the midwestern IPA lovers like us, taking it easy sharing our best with our friends. Drink up to this fresh WisCoast Style.

Problem Hipsters

Brown | 4.2% ABV | 15 IBU

This 70 shilling brown ale is fermented at very cool ale temperatures for a classically smooth Scottish style body. 3 varieties of very well roasted malts from the Briess malt house in Chilton are blended with their high quality brewers 2 row malt from their Manitowoc facility, then gently spiced with "Brewers Gold" hops from small family owned hop farms here in Wisconsin!

Guava Juiced IPA

IPA | India Session Ale | 4.6% ABV | 22 IBU

This freshy fresh, non-bittered session IPA, is brewed with the cutting edge “Ekuanot” Cryo Hop® as late kettle (aroma) additions, and 440 pounds of fresh guava fruit puree. As the beer cools from its gentle fermentation we dry hop it with an additional 44# dose of Zythos® hops (known for their pineapple aromas). This unfiltered session IPA is built for a refreshing tropical escape during a warm Wisconsin summer, drink up Green Bay!

A Milk Chocolate Coffee Porter, brewed with a proprietary blend of locally roasted coffee beans.

Wisco Disco

Extra Special | Strong Bitter | 5.1% ABV | 47 IBU

Award winning ESB. We brew this beer with a small amount of milk sugar (or lactose). This gives Wisco Disco its smooth body, and makes it a perfect match to pair with your favorite cheeses. Wisco Disco is brewed with five different malts, and four giant hop additions for huge flavor, then cold conditioned for excellent clarity and refreshment!

Light american style blended ale. Montmorency cherry and fresh press apple cider juice from They’s orchards, make for a wildly refreshing and sweet brew.

An English blonde ale, brewed with Wisconsin Malted barley, English hops and a splash of local apple cider juice. The touch of cider from They’s Orchards in Luxemburg, WI provides a wonderfully crisp finish to this refreshing brew! Some of our favorite Wisconsin seasons are associated with our favorite sports and teams. Brewing a beer to celebrate these seasons and refresh our palates while cheering on our teams just made good sense.

N.E.W. 72

California Common | 4.8% ABV | 72 IBU

Dry hopped Cali-style common lager brewed on contract exclusively for our friends at Hagemeister Park, Graystone Ale House, and “The Bar”. This brew is a blend of 8 varieties of malted barley and 7 separate hop additions. Chinook hops do the majority of the bittering and balance the sweetness the Munich and caramel malts provide, while many late edition Mosaic hops and Citra dry hops build a fantastic aroma in this unfiltered – orange colored, cold conditioned lager.
